Mr. Muhammad Solehuddin Hakimi graduated from Ahmad Ibrahim Kulliyyah of Laws, International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) in 2016. 

He commenced and completed his pupillage at Messrs. Hanif & Co under the guidance of Dato' Hanif Hashim. He then continued his service as a Legal Assistant at the same firm until March 2021.

His intensive exposures in the firm has led him to founding Chambers of Solehuddin & Ozier as a Partner in 2021. His experience has been intensified in a broad legal service spectrum in criminal litigation in both trial and appellate level courts.

En Solehuddin specializes in criminal related offences as per the Malaysian Penal Code and the Dangerous Drugs Act 1952 which includes capital punishment offences. In addition to that, his emphasise on pragmatism, business acumen and human skills has allowed him to be well versed in land reference, matrimonial disputes and other general civil matters.

A graduate from UiTM Law School. 

Extensively trained, coached and monitored by Dato Hanif Hashim himself, a former policemen, former Deputy Public Prosecutor and bringing 30 years of criminal law practice into nurturing Mr Ozier. 

Started his practice as pupil in chamber with Messrs Hanif & Co. Where he was later retained as Legal Associate and rose in rank to the Junior Partner in the firm in span of just 2 years. With his practical approach and client's best interest in mind, Mr Ozier handled countless criminal trials, multi criminal application from the lower Court to the Appellate Court of Malaysia, specializing in heavyweight offences of Penal Code and Drugs Trafickking cases.

After a multi year practice with Messrs Hanif & Co, Mr Ozier decided to join Messrs Zarkasya & Co as a Partner leading the criminal litigation department and later on proceeded with his own chamber of criminal law practice with his former sparring partner at Messrs Hanif & Co.

Mr Aizzat graduated with a Bachelor of Laws LL.B (Hons) from Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) in 2018. 

He then commenced his pupillage in Messrs. Zamri Idrus & Co. under the supervision and guidance of the litigation partner, Mr. Fadly Hashim whereby he was exposed to numerous general litigation matters ranging from law of torts, commercial litigation, corporate advisory as well as labor and employment laws both at first instance and appellate levels.

 He finished his pupillage in May 2019 and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of The High Court of Malaya in September 2019. He then joined Messrs. Zarkasya & Co under the Litigation Department where he was heavily involved in conducting trials and extended his experience in handling cases in areas such general litigations, industrial relations and conveyancing
